CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a' regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held— on the
17th day of November , 1975 , The following members were
present: -

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-642
EXTENSION OF TIME
PROJECT NO. 507-001 PUMPHOUSE NO. 4
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating, Inc. have
entered into a contract dated May 15, 1975 for the construction of Pumphouse No. 4
Project No.507-001 with a completion date of October 1, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the site was not available to the contractor until July 9, 1975 due to
the well drilling contract not completing his work in the prescribed time; and the
delivery date of the natural gas engine to the site has been changed from
September to November.
NOW THEREFORE, BE If HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the completion date for Pumphouse No. 4, Project No. 507-001, be
changed from October 1, 1975 to January 1, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _Councilman $pibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: —Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Sei old and Saaeth
The following voted against or—abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
