Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota. was he on the
17th day of November 19 79 The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 075-637
APPROVING LANDSCAPE BOND PJUASE FOR WEAVER ELECTRIC CO.
SITE AT 17610 -19th ANEWE NORTH (A-457)
WH13tEAS, Weaver Electric Co. has requested release of the landscape bond
for its building at 17610 -19th Ar-enLe North; and,
WHEREAS. City Staff has inspected the landscaping an this property a::a
finds it to be in compliance with the City Ordinance requirements and in
agreement with the approved site plan for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 711E CITY ODWIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, HINNESMA that the request of Weaver Electric Co. for release
of the landscape bond for thier building at 17610 -19th Avenue North
is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: —Acting Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
