Pursuar :o due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
17th day of November , 19 75 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-636
APPROVING RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BOND FOR PERKINS CAKE AND STEAK
RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 2945 BIPIRE LANE, PLYNDUIH FREEWAY CENTER (A-377)
HHEREAS, the Perkins Cake and Steak Restaurant has requested release of
the landscape bond for its building located at 2945 Empire Lane; and,
ISTIEREAS, City Staff has inspected the landscaping on this property and
finds it to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in
agreement with the approved landscape plan for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE-, BE IT FIEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF
PLYbIDUTII, MINNESOTA that the request of the Perkins Cake and Steak
Restaurant for release of the landscape bond for their building at 2945
Empire Lane is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold,
Spaeth and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
