CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due cA l and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
.the City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was heFd on the
17th day of November , 19 79 . The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION a75-635
APPROVING BOND RELEASE COVERING PRIVATE DIPROVEb1ENTS FOR
PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER (A-377)
WHEREAS, Plymouth Freeway Center has requested release of the bond covering
private uVrovements for its property located at the northwest corner of
Highway 55 and I-494; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected said improvements on this property and
finds it to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in
agreement with the approved final plat for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Plymouth Freeway Center for release
of the bond covering private improvements for its property located at the
northwest corner of Highway 55 and I-494 is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by __Ceuneitmanaath and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Attina Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
