Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Mayor Hild Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt ons RESOLUTION Y75- 634 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DONUT -MAKING MACHINE FOR PAN -O -GOLD RETAIL BAKED GOODS OUTLET (A-614) WHEREAS, Pan -O -Gold bakery goods outlet located at the northwest corner of South Shore Drive and Highway 55 has requested a conditional use permit to operate a donut -making machine within a retail bakery products sales outlet; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Pan -O -Gold bakery goods outlet located at the northwest corner of South Shore Drive and Highway 55 for a conditional use permit to operate a donut -making machine within a retail bakery products sales outlet subject to the following conditions: 1) Donut production be restricted to "in-store" sales only. 2) Conditional use permit for donut -making machine be renewed on an annual basis. FURTHER, the conditional use permit for donut -making operations be approved subject to adequate handling of deficiences as stated in the Staff's letter to petitioner of September 2, 1975. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: "Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
