The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde titt t*+r tt* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-633 PETITION FOR INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS GREENTREE WEST ADDITION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Greentree West Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights, filed with the Council on November 17,1975 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.U35. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they waived P. their rights to public improvement hearings and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: —Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold Ine Tollowing voted against or abstained: Councilman Neils Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
