CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
17th day of November , 1975 . The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-632
ORDERING INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS
CREEKWOOD HEIGHTS/ELFIHURST AREA
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 6th day of October, 1975,
fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed street light installation
at the following locations: 1) Corner of 28th and Pineview; 2) Corner of 28th
and Oakview; 3) Corner of 28th and Norwood; 4) 28th Place between Norwood and
West Medicine Lake Boulevard 5) On Oakview between 26th and 28th; 6) On Norwood
between 26th and 28th, and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of
November, 1975, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard.thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
September 15, 1975.
2. No street light will be installed on Oakview between 26th & 28Th.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as Engineer for this improvement. He shall
coordinate the work with NSP.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cogncilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: "Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Seibold
and S aeth
he following voted against or abstained: C, Neils ,.gs absent fnr vote
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
