• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the dCity Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
day of November , lg 75 . The following members were
present: Mayor e, LOuncilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption,
RESOLUTION NO. 75-628
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSE
FOR QUICKWAY EXCAVATING COMPANY
WHEREAS, an application for Small Disposal System License from Quickway
Excavating Company has been presented to the City Council for
approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth
Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that Small Disposal System License be approved for
Quickway Excavating Company, Box 58, Chanhassen, Minnesota 55317
for a period to expire April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
• by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ''Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
