CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 3rd day of
November1,1975 . The following members were present:
Mayor e, ouncilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 75-626
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER ORDERS WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS BUILDINGS
LOCATED AT:
a. 12210 35th Avenue North
b. 18640 County Road 9
c. 31 Vinewood Lane
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector of the City of Plymouth has made a written report
to the Council relative to the condition of the buildings located at:
a. 12210 35th Avenue North
b. 18640 County Road 9
10 c. 31 Vinewood Lane
in the City of Plymouth and,
WHEREAS, in said report the Building Inspector has recommended that proceedings
be commenced for the repair of said buildings or in the alternative,
for their razing and removal, all pursuant to Sections 463.15 et seq.-
of Minnesota Statutes, and
WHEREAS, said reports have been examined and considered by the Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
1) That the Mayor and the City Manager be authorized and directed
to enter Orders, copies of which are attached as: Exhibit "A" to
the owners of the property located at 12210 35th Avenue North, City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, Exhibit "B", to the owners of property
located at 18640 County Road 9, City of Plymouth, Minnesota and
Exhibit "C", to the owners of the property located at 31 Vinewood
Lane, City of Plymouth, Minnesota, all as provided by the provisions
of Sections 463.15 et seq. of Minnesota Statutes.
2) That the City Attorney is authorized and directed to cause such
Orders to be served upon the owners of record of said premises, or
their agents, upon any occupants therein and upon all lien holders
of record and to proceed with the enforcement of said orders as
provided by Minnesota Statutes.

is The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cowcilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
