Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a reularr meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
3rd day of November , 19 75 . The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 75-624
ADOPTION OF STREET ASSESSMENT POLICY
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed revisions to the existing Street
Assessment Policy and wade certain revisions to that policy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that the revised Street Assessment Policy as
contained in the Manager's report dated October 31, 1975
10 be and the same is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ^Mayor Hilde . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Seibold and
Ine roiiowing voted against or abstained: 1
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
