The following members were present: Ma or H de, ounce men Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-618 INSTALLATION OF NO PARKING SIGNS WHEREAS, the City Engineer has indicated that No Parking signs should be placed on the west side of Harbor Lane by the Fox Meadows area, on both sides of Berkshire Lane by Control Data, and on Industrial Park Boulevard on the north side of Chrysler and LeRae Companies, WHEREAS, these signs are necessary in order to facilitate the maintenance of said streets, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is authorized to install the following No Parking signs: 1. West side of Harbor Lane from the north side of the apartment buildings to the south line of the apartment buildings. 2. Both sides of Berkshire Lane from 24th Avenue to Industrial Park Boulevard. 3. North side of Industrial Park Boulevard from T.H. 55 to Xenium Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 ow ng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte trae,r ,rirt
