Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ala meeting of the City

RESOLUTION NO. 75-616
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PROJECT NO. 305 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth under Project No. 305 has constructed a storm sewer
system on the Chicago -Northwestern railroad right-of-way west from Vicksburg Lane
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an executed license agreement with said railroad
for said storm sewer system,
1bNOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to execute the license agreement with the
Chicago -Northwestern Transportation Company for the operation of a storm sewer system
on the railroad's right-of-way west from Vicksburg Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
