Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of November , 19 75' The following members were present: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #75-614 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAVID C. JOHNSON, dba, HERB'S SERVICE GARAGE FOR OPERATION OF A TRAILER RENTAL BUSINESS AT A SERVICE STATION LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND HIGHWAY 101 (A-636) WHEREAS, David C. Johnson, dba Herb's Service Garage, has requested a conditional use permit to continue a trailer rental service at his service garage located at the southeast corner of County Road 6 and Highway 101; and, . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of David C. Johnson, dba Herb's Service Garage, for a conditional use permit to continue a trailer rental service at his service garage located at the southeast corner of County Road 6 and Highway 101 subject to the following conditions: Annual review of the conditional use permit. 2. The parking of no more than four trailers may take place at the present location for a period of one year only, after which time the trailers would have to be moved to an alternate location. 3. The parking of no more than four trailers at petitioner's site at any time. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded . by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
