CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
3rd day of November 19 75. The following members were
present: Ma or HildeCouncilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-613
APPROVING EXPANDED FINAL PLAT
REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, Reinhard Bros. has requested inclusion of the northerly half of
the area known as the Reinhard Industrial Park within the purview
of City Council Resolutions #75-560 and #75-561;and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and recommended aDDroval of
the total final plat for the entire Reinhard Industrial Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the development contract and final plat approval
reflected by City Council resolutions #75-560 and #75-561 being the same
are hereby to include the entire area referred to as the Reinhard
Industrial Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt _, and upon vote being taken theeeon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
