HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-612W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of November , 19 75. The following members were present: __ Mawor Hilde- Councilmen—Hunt._Neils, Seibold and Spaeth . The following members were absent: _ none CoMpAilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adopt on: RESOLUTION #75-612 DENYING REZONING REQUEST FROM R-0 TO R-1 AND PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "BASS LAKE OAKS" (A-634) WHEREAS, Dorothy Follese has requested rezoning of property from R-0 to R-1 and a preliminary plat of 6.1 acres located at the northeast end of Bass Lake and fronting on County Road 10; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed these requests and recommends their denial: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does deny the requested rezoning of property from R-0 to R-1 and a preliminary plat of 6.1 acres located at the northeast end of Bass Lake and fronting on Ccunty Road 10 for the following reason: Trunk and interceptor systems will not be available to the site until 1976 or 1977 and development is therefore contrary to Resolution #73-37 which specifically prohibits development of all such acreage until public utilities are available. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in favor thereof: '14avor Hilda.
