CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of October , 1975 . The following members were
present: Ma or,Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-608
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for Small Disposal System License from Hagen
Builders, .Inc. has been presented to the City Council for
approval, in accordance With Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that Small Disposal System License be approved
for Hagen Builders, Inc. for a period to expire April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
