Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he l on the
20th day of October , 19 75 . The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 75-607
RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SUBURBAN
HENNEPIN COUNTY NURSING DISTRICT FOR 1976
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 145.08 and 145.12, provision
has been made for a public health nursing district in that portion of
Hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursing district has
been organized and has been in operation since 1952, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such nursing dis-
district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operation,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that this City continue to be included in the public health nursing
district of Suburban Hennepin County, organized on January 4, 1952; that
it participate in the benefits thereof; and that it agrees to support
on an apportionment basis its pro rata share of the cost of the ad-
ministration of such district, provided, however, that for the period
of January 1, 1976 through December 31, 1976 this cost shall not exceed
$12,358.50 which sum represents 50t per capita on the basis of 1975
population estimates as per the Metropolitan Council of 24,717.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be deemed an agreement to con-
tinue to participate in such nursing district on the basis hereinbefore
specified with all other political subdivisions adopting similar
resolutions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils_
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
