Councilmen Hunt, Neils_ Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Non m ir�r tt* Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adept on: RESOLUTION N0. 75-605 PETITION TO PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION TO RE-ESTABLISH RAILROAD CROSSING AT XENIUM LANE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has adopted a Thoroughfare Guide Plan dated February 28, 1975, and WHEREAS, said plan shows Xenium Lane (CSAR 61) as a Major Thoroughfare with a crossing at the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks south of County Road 6, and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has installed sewer and water utilities under the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks at Xenium Lane under a license permit . from said railroad, and WHEREAS, a crossing of the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks does exist at Xenium Lane, WHEREAS, the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad did reconstruct said crossing at Xenium Lane in 1974 to accommodate the wider road surface than previously.existed, and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has under contract the extension of Xenium Lane from the railroad tracks south to County Road 15, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Public Service Commission is hereby petitioned by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota that the crossing of Xenium Lane and the Chicago - Northwestern Railroad Tracks be re-established to accommodate the newly constructed roadway. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Mint, NPiig Seibold and Spaeth Theof flowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
