The following members were present: Mayor. e, Councilmen unt, Aeils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved lts adopt on: RESOLUTION NO. 75-603 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT• PROJECT NO. 526 STREET LIGHTS MISSION RIDGE ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 6, 1975, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with referenced to the improvement of the Mission Ridge Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on October 20, 1975, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets namded as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted October 6, 1975. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern'States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: —Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Neils abstained. Whereupon the Resolution was declarer duly passed and adopted. tr,t �,rf rrtt
