CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of October , 19 75 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-599
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FORESVIEW
CHILDREN'S HOME (A-503)
WHEREAS, Forestview Children's Home has requested renewal of their condi-
tional use permit to operate a Group Home for Retarded Children at St.
Mary's of the Lake Church, 115 Forestview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Forestview Children's Home for renewal of their conditional use permit
to operate a Group Home fo; Retarded Children at St. Mary's -of the Lake
Church, 115 Forestview Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Renewal of the permit be on an annual basis.
2. No more than 16 children be housed at the facility without further
review.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
