RESOLUTION NO. 2009-170
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION
IN SUPPORT OF "NIGHT TO UNITE"
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth sponsors an annual community neighborhood event, "Night to
Unite," on August 4; and
WHEREAS, the Target Corporation has an ongoing program of supporting community events
and desires to donate $700 toward this year's event,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the $700 donation is hereby accepted.
APPROVED THIS 28TH DAY OF JULY.
