CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �reep iir meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of October 1973 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi de. Counctlmen_,Hunt. Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following -mem ers were absent: _none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION X75-597
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FCA DARKENWALD
REAL ESTATE TO OPERATE A REAL ESTffE OFFICE IN
AN I-1 ZONING DISTRICT A-575)
WHEREAS, Darkenwald Real Estate has requested a conditional use permit to
operate a real estate office in an I-1 Zoning District; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH,'MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Darkenwald Real Estate for a conditional use permit to operate a real
estate office in an I-1 Zoning District subject to the following conditions:
1. No signs be allowed other than those as per the approved site plan
of August 5, 1974.
2. Designation of six (6) parking spaces for the real estate office
use only.
3. Annual review of the conditional use permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by - Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
