Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of October 1975 . The following members were present: M L Neils- Seibold and Spaeth Tile fol inw ng members werea sent: none Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #75-596 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR VILLAGE INDUSTRIAL PARK CREDIT UNION TO OPERATE A CREDIT UNION IN AN I-1 ZONING DISTRICT (A-575) WHEREAS, Village Industrial Pask Credit Union has requested a conditional use permit to operate a credit union in an I-1 District; and, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Village Industrial Park Credit Union for a conditional use permit to operate a credit union in an I-1 District subject to the following conditions; 1. The Conditional Use Permit be reviewed after a period of two years i.e. to review the parking needs for this use. 2. No signs placed on any sign standards other than those approved as per the site plan dated August 5, 1974. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byand upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in favor thereof: "Mayor_Hilde.
