Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of October , 1975 The following members were present: Mayor, t I de. Louncl Imen Runt, -Teff Is and Spaeth The following members were absent: _Councilman Seibold xx� rltt ,rt* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-594 REJECTING BIDS PROJECT NO. 520 12TH AVENUE FROM HARBOR LANE TO JUNEAU LANE WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for tieimprovement of 12th Avenue from Harbor Lane to Juneau Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, blacktop street with curb and gutter, bids were received on September 29, 1975, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BIDDER TOTAL BID C.S. McCrossan, Inc. $46,628.00 Hardrive, Inc. $47,926.25 WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest is bid is considerably higher than the preliminary engineer's estimate, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That all bids are hereby rejected 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Engineer is hereby directed to combine this project with a larger project and re -advertise for bids for 1976 construction. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils aSpaeth following voted against or abstained: none Thi -' Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
