RESOLUTION No. 2009-168
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON -SALE SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO
LATUFF'S PIZZA, 11333 HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an On -Sale Intoxicating Sunday Liquor
License from Latuff s Pizza; and
WHEREAS, the applicant currently holds an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License through
January 31, 2010,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the On -Sale Intoxicating Sunday Liquor License is
hereby approved for Latuff s Pizza, 11333 Highway 55, effective July 15, 2009 through
January 31, 2010.
