RESOLUTION NO. 76-676 ADQPTINGASSESSMENT PROJECT N0. 402 N:E: WATER MAIN TRUNK LOOP WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has mbt and heard and passed upon all'objecttbhs to the proposed assessment for the construction of the Northeast Trunk Water Main between the following points: 2J to approximately 1.700 feet south, 2Jto2K to 2K to 2M, 214 to 1H, 1H to 1E, and 1E to IF; as shown in the report on Water Distribution for Plymouth, Minnesota dated 1972 and a portion of the Northeast Trunk Water Main between points lI to 1F, IF to 1B; in accordance with the Report on Water Distribution for Plymouth, dated 1972, and all necessary appurtenances, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. 1. Such proposed assessment, a copy, of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute'the.spetial assessment against the lands `- named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited° by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it... 2. Such assessment shall be pa able in equal annual installments extending over a period of 15 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1976 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% per annum f. the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall' be i added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until:., December A. 1975. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest,'' for one year on all unpaid installments. 3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Director, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid `} within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter pay to the County Finance Director the entire amount of the assessment rdeaining. unpaid with interest accrued to December 31, of the year in which such paymeht'is made 4. The Clerk shall forthwith trarsmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to`the= County Finance Director to be e,tended on the proper.tax lists of the County and'' assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. 5.
