RESOLUTION NO. 2009-167
APPROVING CLOSURE OF PUBLIC SAFETY GRANT FUND AND BUILDING &
EQUIPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, during the 2008 software conversion process and year-end review, the
Public Safety Grant Fund was closed and merged into the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Building & Equipment Fund was closed and reclassified to a new
Internal Service Fund so named Resource Planning Fund; and
WHEREAS, all transactions have been completed to consolidate these fiinds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council must approve open and closure of any funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, close the Public Safety Grant fiend and the Building and
Equipment capital project fiend as of December 31, 2008.
Adopted by the City Council on July 14, 2009.
