The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt Neils and Spaeth The follow ng members were absent: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Seibold Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and clove is a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 75- 567 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTS MISSION RIDGE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Mission Ridge Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, was filed with the Council on October 6, 1975, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of the property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement hearings and special assessment hearings.. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising-tNe Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some' other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in avor thereof: —'rminrilman ui.nr and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Neils ai Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. t*t +t+ air,k
