CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth M—innesota, was hem on the
6th day of October , 19 75 . The following members were
present:

APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION TO OPERATE
A TRUCK DELIVERY SERVICE FOR CLARENCE JANSSON AT 1250 HIGHWAY 101

WHEREAS, Clarence Jansson has requested a conditional use permit for
a home occupation to operate a truck delivery service from his home at
1250 State Highway 101; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends its approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Clarence Jansson for a conditional use permit to operate a.truck delivery
service from his home at 1250 State Highway 101 subject to the condition
that the permit be renewed on an annual basis.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: —Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
