. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 'regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was -eTd on the
6th day of October , 19 75 . The following members were
present: Hunt, Npilc an Snap+h

Councilman Soaeth introduced the following Resolution and
movedis adoption:
RESOLUTION f75- 563
ORDERING PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTATION
FOR INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS FOR BUHLER-MIAG
WHEREAS, Buhler-Miag has requested Municipal Industrial Revenue Bond assistance
for the construction of a manufacturing facility at Block 1, Lot 1,
Reinhard Industrial Park and has proposed a Memorandum of Agreement toward
such assistance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Buhler-Miag proposal and Memorandum
of Agreement as to consistency with established City Policy concerning the
issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does make a tentative finding
of consistency of the Buhler-Miag proposal with established City Policy
with respect to Industrial Revenue Bonds.
FURTHER, that the Mayor and administrative Staff of the City are authorized
and directed to execute said Memorandum of Agreement with Buhler-Miag and
proceed with the actions specified by said Agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
. by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
