HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-562qW' CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ' regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of October , 19 A . The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt. Neils and SDaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION #75-562 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BUHLER-MIAG AT 12TH AVENUE NORTH AND XENIUM LANE (A-285) WHEREAS, Buhler-Miag has requested approval of their site plan and a conditional use permit at the southeast corner of 12th Avenue North and Xenium Lane for a food processing and handling equipment manufacturing operation; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended its approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY .THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the site plan and conditional use permit at the southeast corner of 12th Avenue North and Xenium Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. Berming and tree plantings along the north and west sides of the fenced storage area. Posting of a landscape and drainage bond prior to issuance of a building permit. 2. A trail easement along the east property line to partially satisfy park dedication requirements. Assessor's records indicate a market value of $820 on a 15 foot wide trail easement. Total cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund would be $8,970 (i.e. $500/acre X 19.58 acres minus 0.25 acres for trail). 3. A fire lane along the east side of the building. 4. A 25 foot variance be granted on the south side of the building. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded t by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: "Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,rt►i► truer �
