RESOLUTION #75-560
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT (A-285)
FOR REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Reinhard Bros. has requested approval of a Final Plat of Reinhard
Industrial Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and recommends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA that the Final�Plat and Development Contract for Reinhard Industrial
Park First Addition be hereby approved, and that the Mayor and the City
Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: '"-Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
