Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ectal meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was on tie 29th day
of September , 1975 The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-558
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-525
ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR PROJECT N0. 402
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth did on the 22nd day of September,
1975 adopt Resolution No. 75-525, a resolution confirming and adopting the assessment
for Project No. 402, Northeast Water Trunk Main,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 75-525 dated September 22, 1975 is hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Fra or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and
