Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
29th day of September , 1915_. The following members were
present: Mayor.Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-546
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 405
WHEREAS, the following described parcels of property are single family residential
property in land zoned for commercial -industrial use,
WHEREAS, the Council on April 1, 1974 adopted Resolution No. 74-181 relative to
deferred assessments,
NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said deferred assessment policy as described in Resolution No. 74-181
dated April 1, 1974 is appli?d to following parcels:

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilm and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
