Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
29th day of September , 1975 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-543
DEFERRED ASSESSMENT - PROJECT NO. 404
WHEREAS, the following described parcels of property are singlefamily residental
property in land zoned for commercial -industrial use,
WHEREAS, the Council on April 1, 1974 adopted Resolution No. 74-181 relative to
deferred assessments,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
14INNESOTA that said deferred assessment policy as described in Resolution No. 74-181
dated April 1, 1974 is appled to the following parcels:

43736 3250 Unplatted Section 36, Township 118, Range 22
43736 3265 Unplatted Section 36, Township 118, Range 22

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: '-'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted—against or abstained: none _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
