CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of September 1975 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-541
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS ON
PLAT 43880 PARCEL 5210
WHEREAS. under Levy 5092 (Beacon Heights 6 Glen Echo Area Water) assessments were
deferred on Plat 43880 Parcel 5210 in the amount of $1,075.00 for a five year period.
WHEREAS, the five year deferrment period has expired.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that the deferred assessments on Plat 43880 Parcel 5210 in the amount
of $1,075.00 continue to be deferred until said parcel is developed and that no
interest shall be charged on the deferred assessment as the area is used for
ponding purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: "Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed and adopted.
