CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of September , 1975 . The following members were
present: Mayor. Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moveT its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 540
RESOLUTION LIQUIDATING CITY CONSTRUCTION
FUND AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT BOND FUNDS
WHEREAS, the 1974 audit of the City of Plymouth reflects a Construction Fund
balance of $855,393 which balance cannot reasonably be identified as to
specifically completed prior construction projects, and
WHEREAS, there exists within the Special Assessment Bond Funds for the years
1965 and 1966 certain additional amounts to be provided for bond
redemption,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that the fund balance of the City Construction Fund in the amount of
$855,393 as reflected in the 1974 City audit be and the same is hereby
liquidated and transferred to the City's Special Assessment Bond Funds
as follows:
1965 Special Assessment Bond Fund - $ 8.000.00
1966 "A" and "B" Special Assessment Bond Fund- 847.393.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ,So4ncilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted 'in favor thereof: -Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
