Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of September , 1975 . The following members were present: Ma or.Hilde Councilman Hunt Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Neils ,►�* ter rtt Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 75-539 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO PROJECT NO. 505 FOR WORK ON PROJECT NO. 521 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on July 21, 1975, the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. has prepared' plans and specifications for the improvement of Olive Lane between County Road 6 and 19th Avenue North by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main and bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances including previously installed trunk sanitary sewer and water main facilities and has presented such plans and specifications for the sanitary sewer, water main and gravel base for street restoration to the Council for approval, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA 1. Such plans and specifications, as they pertain to sanitary sewer, water main and gravel base street restoration, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. It is determined to be in the best interests of the City to add this work by change order to a current City public improvement, Project No. 505; Northdale Construction Co r and therefore, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $47,769.50 to Project No. 505 is hereby approved;said change order being 10.2% of the original contract amount of $466,343.20 for Project No. 505. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign Change Order No. 1 to Project No. 505.
