RESOLUTION NO. 2009-164
APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM PUBLIC SAFETY GRANT FUND TO
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the unaudited financial report for 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the Finance Manager is authorized to transfer $10,477 which is the remaining balance in the
Public Safety fiind to the General Fund in preparation to close the Public Safety fiind.
Further, be it resolved, that the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 2008, for the 2008
accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on July 14, 2009.
