Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of Se tember , 19 75 The following members were
present: Mayor H11de, LOuncilmen Hu-nT —Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Council Neils
Councilman 5 aeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-537
APPROVING PILOT NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PLAN AND PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission of the City of
Plymouth has recommended a plan and program for the development
of a pilot neighborhood park at the end of 17th Avenue North
in the "Imperial Hills" subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has reviewed said
plan and program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve
the recommended plan for the Imperial Hills neighborhood park
dated September 11, 1975.
FURTHER, that Staff is hereby directed to proceed with implementation
of said plan and program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ow
folling voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
