CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day
of September 1975 The following members were present: ayor Hilde,

introduced the following Resolution and

ABATINGASSESSMENTS
SUNNY ACRES 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an error was made in assessing 44617-900
(legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Sunny Acres 3rd Addition) for storm sewer,
sanitary sewer, water main and street restoration,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following assessments levied aga)nst.44617-900 (Lot 1, Block 1,
Sunny Acres 3rd Addition) be removed:
Levy 5604 Kreatz Lake Storm Sewer $1,210.64
Levy 4747 Southwest Sewer b Water $5,907.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereonthe
following vote 1n favor t ereo ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Spaeth
The Following voted against or abstained: -none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
