The following members were present: mayor H e— ounci men unt Seibold and S aeth The follow ng mem ' rs were a sent: ounce man Ne s Hunt Introduced the following Resolution and movedits ,a ption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-523 CALLING HEARING ON`.PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 305 VICKSBURG LANE WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 18, 1975, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed. assessment of the cost of improving Vicksburg Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 15 by the installation of grading, base, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances, WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA 1. A hearing shall be held on the 6th of October, 1975 in the City Council Chambers at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement shall be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.' The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ter* f,ir* tr,►,t
