f Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ei on the 15th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75 - 522
APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR
CESSPOOL PUMPING LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, a list of Cesspool Pumping License applicztions has been
presented to the Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter
111, Section 16.14, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the following applications for Cesspool Pumping
License Renewals are hereby approved for a period to expire July 31, 1976:
1. Northern Cesspool Company

2. Elmer J. Peterson Company
P. 0. Box 161
Spring Park, MN 55394
3. Roto Rooter Sewer Service Company

Wayzata, MN 55391
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
in e following vote, against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
