Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ularmeeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of September , 19 75 The following members were present:
_Mayor Hi de Councilmen Ruat, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent:— none
Councilman Huntintroduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 75-519
WHEREAS, the City Master Water Trunk Plan indicates a 16" main between Dunkirk
Lane and Vicksburg Lane at approximately 26th Avenue (points 5L to 4J) and,
WHEREAS, a segment of this line is existing and a further segment will be constructed
under Project No. 502, Mapledell Sewer and Water, and
WHEREAS, we have experienced some low water pressure in the Shiloh Addition
west of Dunkirk Lane, and
WHEREAS, the connection of this 16" main will provide to Vicksburg Lane a better
looped system and strengthen the distribution system for this area and therefore
provide better flow and pressure,
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Engineer is instructed to prepare a change order for the 16"
water main extension from Vicksburg Lane to connect to the 16" tine in Project 502
at Zanzibar Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Nefl s , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following
vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt, Seibold,
Spaeth and Neils.
The following voted against or abstained:
