RESOLUTION NO. 2009-163
APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT FUND
TO GENERAL FUND, PUBLIC FACILITIES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND
RESOURCE PLANNING FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the unaudited financial report for 2008 and
received a recommendation for transfers from the Building and Equipment Fund to other fiends.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the Finance Manager is authorized to transfer $1,784,668 from the Building and Equipment
Fund to the following Funds:
• $304,814 to General Fund
• $3,142 to Public Facilities
• $19,863 to Information Technology
• $1,456,849 to Resource Planning
Further, be it resolved, that the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 2008, for the 2008
accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on July 14, 2009.
