The following members were present: j]�gpn-Neils- seihnld and Snapth The following members were absent: none Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-518 ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS WHEREAS. it is proposed to improve Pineview Lane and 28th Avenue; Oakview Lane and 28th Avenue; Norwood Lane and 28th Avenue; and 28th Place by the installation of street lights and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended),' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommend. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold ine T011owing voted against or abstained: Councilman Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an
