Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none t,rr ,rpt sit Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-517 ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT 1976 C.I.P. WORK WHEREAS, it is proposed to implement the City of Plymouth's Storm Drainage Plan dated March 1973.rlative to the providing of anouttet for the following ponds as shown on the Storm Drainage System map Figure No. 13 of the above referenced report: 1. Parkers Lake (P L -P 1) 2. Pond BC -P14 lying north and south of the Minneso4 Western Railroad right-of-way between Harbor Lane and Fernbrook Lane 3. Pond BC -P20 lying on the west side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south of County Road 6 4. BC -P21 lying on the east side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south south of County Road 6 including all necessary -lift stations and force mains and appurtenances, to assess the benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended), NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to *hether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutl,,n was duly seconded by CpuncilnWn Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
