Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hem on the
15th day of September , 19 75 . The following members were
present: M or.Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-516
ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
1976 C.I.P. WORK
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Water Distribution Trunk System for the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota by the construction of the following improvements:
1. Acquisition of site and construction of Reservoir No. 4 on or near County Road 6 at the
west end of the City.
2. 12" water trunk main on County Road 6 from Ranier Lane to reservoir site No. 4
and to assess the benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvemen,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amei
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESI
that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feas-
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol ow ng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
