Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arepular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on the 15th day of

RESOLUTION NO. 75-515
ORDERING PREPARATION OF ENGINEERING REPORT
1976 C.I.P. WORK
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 14th Avenue from Vicksburg Lane to Zanzibar Lane,
Zanzibar Lane from County Road 6 to 13th Avenue, and Archer Lane from County Road 6
to 13th Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, and bituminous
street restoration and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefiting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Chapter 398 as amended),
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to the consulting engineer,
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates for study and that he is instructed to
. report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
