HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-514CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of September , 1975 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Coundl men Hunt Neils Seibold and S aeth The foltow'ng members were a sent: none tr: rt,r tart Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption; RESOLUTION N0. 75-514 ORDERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT NATHAN LANE BETWEEN 45TH AND 49TH AVENUES 1976 C.I.P. WORK WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Nathan Lane between'45th Avenue and 49th Avenue by the construction of rural section bituminous street, necessary storm sewer and drainage ponds, and all necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended), NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. foo study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seiboid , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
